The NWOJGA was started in 1998 by N. Hall Dement Jr. We are a 501 C-3 non-profit organization. The program was designed to help younger golfers learn to play in a competitive setting. The organization took a break at the end of 2013, and was discussed to return in 2015. In November of 2014, our founder, Hall Dement Jr, suddenly passed away. This left the organization to the friends of Hall, who committed to help bring the program back in 2015. We are committed to continue the program.
